Heat resistant caster wheels

Heat-resistant casters are of great importance in areas where ovens, autoclaves and other large heat sources are present. Our casters are of industrial quality ensuring low rolling resistance and durability. Heat resistant casters can withstand the following temperatures:

250º C continuous operation
Intermittent 30 minutes at 280 º C - 30 minutes room temperature
Intermittent 15 minutes at 300º C - 45 minutes room temperature

Heat Resistant Rubber 

Our heat resistant wheels are made of high quality materials, such as heat resistant rubber. Our range includes a variety of heat-resistant swivel and fixed casters, all of which can withstand temperatures up to 280 degrees. Heat-resistant oven casters are used in industrial bakeries, the food industry and autoclaves, among others.

Heat-resistant wheels made of fiberglass-reinforced PA6

There are also heat-resistant wheels made of fiberglass-reinforced PA6. This material is a 30% fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. It offers higher strength, stiffness, creep resistance and dimensional stability than unreinforced polyamide. All of our heat-resistant wheels are therefore manufactured from this material. Glass fiber reinforced PA6 has a number of properties that make it a suitable material for our heat-resistant wheels.

-How do you attach heat-resistant wheels?

Our heat-resistant wheels should all be mounted according to a plate mount. Plate mounting is the simplest way to mount a wheel. Using screws or bolts, you attach the plate to the object to be moved. When mounting a plate mount, it is important that the wheel and the device fit together properly. The device must lie exactly on the outer ball shell for the wheel to reach its maximum load capacity.

Heat-resistant caster wheels in any size

Our heat-resistant wheels are available in small and larger sizes. Think of a small wheel with a height of 106 mm and a diameter of 80 mm to a large wheel with a height of 155 mm and a diameter of 125 mm. For small wheels you can think of swivel casters for under a rotor cart in a bakery. For larger casters you can think of casters for under baking ovens.
