cart/container brake unit system by means of a floor lock

This is a custom made version of our famous floor truck lock. Cast iron parts and wheels we van make to measure starting from quantities of 500 pcs per year.

The truck lock is designed to bolt to the underside of the truck and should be mounted with its top face 200mm above the ground surface. Complete freedom of movement restored by quick-release foot pedal moderate operating force required to press rubber pad into contact with the ground does not alter with load.

Attention:
Floor Truck Locks are not designed to lift the equipment. Mount truck locks as near to swivel castors as possible without encroaching on the swivel radius. Release rubber pad by stepping on either of the Release Pedals
